1. Destroy belief in democracy and the republic.
(a) People vote for 'the best of the worst'.
(i) Voters can't make out who is left, right, center, fascist or religious fundamentalist.
(ii) Use rich androids to influence the masses.
(iii) Increase the number of jobless addicted to losing gambles.
(iv) Mollycoddle the middle-class before extermination.
(b) Update software if you need 1(b).
